Real Life 三軒茶屋の特徴
池尻大橋駅から近く、交通の便が非常に良い立地です。
全ての必要な設備が揃っていて、特に洗濯機が便利です。
自然光が差し込む明るいリビングルームが魅力的です。
家族旅行で利用しましたが、部屋がとても広くて快適でした。立地も良く、移動がとても楽でした。
We stayed in the 2nd floor with balcony. The room was very small, difficult with luggage (but that’s Tokyo standard really). You wouldn’t want to spend any significant time in your room, using it as somewhere to sleep and go to the bathroom is about all it’s good for.Shower was unusable as a shower. The shower head was very small and you’re unable to change the angle so it just sprays all over the wall and floods the bathroom. Dryer room (bathroom setting) worked OK but with limited hanging space and a 5-7 hour drying time required, it was a bit difficult.Cooking facilities were good. Washing machine worked well and quickly. Plenty of power outlets and bed was comfortable enough.Location was fine for what we required in the first few days of the trip, but the area is quiet, had no shopping or night life, and minimal places to eat. We found ourselves constantly on the train to Shinjuku to get meals and do things for the day.It worked for the purpose we required but I won’t be returning here in the future.
Wonderful place to stay. The accommodations, space, unit, was perfect for my family of 3. The flat we stayed was the top floor unit, so take note you have to walk up 3 short flights of stairs.It was a big, little small space. The rooms were comfortable, the living room/dining room was spacious, I felt it was bright enough with natural lighting during the day. The windows are mostly frosted or the safety glass type—so no staring at the neighbors. There is a washer and it is easy to use—they provide you with laundry detergent. Hang your wet clothes to air dry outside or in the bathroom area and turn on the dry feature—SIMPLE. The unit was very well kept & organized. The place looked exactly as the posted photos. If I had any questions, I reached out to my contact, Ben, and he made sure I had what I needed/answered my questions.I loved the neighborhood and the area—it was quiet and the main street is a short walk away. It’s close to the Ikejiri-Ohashi subway station—West Exit is the closest entrance, same side of the street as Tully’s Coffee Shop, little past the shop. It’s only 1 stop from the Shibuya station, so transferring is very easy.The area was busy with restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, Family Mart/Lawson stores. Even found a local barber shop around the corner that my son visited. I feel absolutely safe walking around at night.I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Tokyo.
Good little base, had all the stuff you need to cook at home. Bathroom lovely. Close to transport. Lots of room for a couple. Nice check-in experience.
Die Umgebung wirkt auf den ersten Blick etwas dubios, aber die Lage ist trotzdem sehr gut. Etwas abseits der Straße und Nachts in der Regel sehr ruhig. In der Gegend gibt es auch Supermärkte, in denen man recht günstig einkaufen kann.Ausstattung ist soweit alles da was man benötigt, Mikrowelle, Reiskocher, Wasserkocher, Herd ... usw. Selbst eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.Besonders gut fand ich den Service vor Ort. Da dies unser letzter Stopp vor dem Abflug war, benötigten wir ein Taxi. Uber war sehr teuer und die lokalen Taxigesellschaften ließen sich nicht ohne japanische Telefonnummer kontaktieren - hier half man uns und organisierte uns einen Transfer zum Flughafen. Das funktionierte recht problemlos und der Preis dafür war auch ok.Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist aus meiner Sicht der hohe Preis für die Unterkunft. Die Preise sind in Tokyo allerdings allgemein sehr hoch.
Experiencing Real Life in Japan is the ultimate experience. Forget traditional hotels. You live like normal japanese.
