Love the location! Love that it's tucked in a quiet neighborhood but also conveniently 5 to 8mins walk to shibuya scramble - where all the hustle and bustle & the shopping is! Room is clean and cozy. Has more than enough space to open multiple luggages .Easy check in with clear instructions!
Wir sind mit allem sehr zufrieden! Lage in Shibuya: fantastisch! Ruhig und zentral! Das Apartment ist klein aber fein! Es fehlt nichts, alles sehr sauber! Self Check-in etc. hat alles reibungslos geklappt! 💯👍 Empfehlung!

I'm very happy we chose The Apartment Hotel Shibuya 2 for our recent stay in Tokyo. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children (11 & 8) and we had a 3 night stopover in Tokyo.I was looking for somewhere with a bit more space for all of us and the room was the perfect size. The location is amazing - so close to central Shibuya (and transport) but on a quiet and quaint street. One of my highlights was actually the shower - great water pressure and nice and hot!Check in and out was all very smooth for us - I found the instructions provided easy to understand and all worked well.Overall, very happy with our stay. If we were to stay in Shibuya again we'd definitely consider The Apartment Hotel again and would recommend to others.
This is the best place I've stayed in Tokyo ever before. The location is superb. Away from the crowds, a temple nearby, and restaurants galore - yet a less than 10 minute walk to shibuya station and all the craziness. You get the best of both worlds staying here. The apartment is tidy and cute with everything you need - especially for a couple. Construction was happening across the street but with doors closed it was unnoticeable. We will be back!Check out the local restaurants though. That's my biggest piece of advice.

東京滞在の為に、利用しました。渋谷駅から徒歩3分程度で周りに飲食店も多く、最高な立地でした。また、ソファとベッドの使い心地がとても良かったです。食器やライトもおしゃれでブランドのこだわりを感じ、大満足です！可愛いトートもありがとうございました。次回は別場所も利用させて頂きます。

Really enjoyed the stay here. The room was noticeably more spacious compared to other places we stayed in Tokyo, and it felt comfortable throughout.One thing to note, we had booked 2 nights, but realized a day before arrival that only 1 night was confirmed. Thankfully, their customer service responded quickly over email and arranged another room for us. The only inconvenience was having to switch rooms during the stay, but we appreciated how efficiently they handled it.The only small detail otherwise was the toilet seat wasn’t heated, unlike most other hotels we stayed at during this trip. Not a big issue, just something to note.
