Brought my 3 month old puppy there but this shop told me that they could not take care of him (except by isolating him) because he kept barking at other dogs they had. They basically told us that it would only get worse and that it was a severe case. They gave us the contact of a dog trainer who charged twice the market price but even so they were not optimistic that our dog will ever be able to greet another dog. All hope lost. It was very upsetting as you can imagine. We took our puppy to another pet hotel and to our surprise he immediately started getting along with the other dogs there without a bark (the manager had chosen dogs that he knows would help him fit in) . One month later and our puppy is a very social dog who loves to play with the other dogs in the street or anywhere we go. Basically this shop only wants to take care of dogs who are very quiet from the beginning. It is fine if it is your business model but be honest about it and don’t talk about what you don’t know.
