Booked initially an apartment for 3 months but ended up staying there for a year. The apartment was fine and lived fully up to expectations. The bed was though was not great, but after reaching out to the Tokyo Furnished, a new bed was quickly installed in the apartment. So all in all a very pleasant stay and the communication with the company is very good.
I had an excellent stay with Tokyo Furnished! I had looked at many places for a last minute, short term rental and pretty much everything was booked. Then I found Tokyo Furnished and was offered an apartment nearly double the size of others I was looking at for about the same price! Leo made the process extremely quick and easy! If I am ever in the need for an apartment in Tokyo again, I will be using Tokyo Furnished!
I stayed with Tokyo Furnished for a few months and had a very positive experience. The apartment was clean and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos online. Check-in was smooth, and the location was prime. The office staff was consistently responsive and helpful with any questions I had during my stay. I also appreciated the detailed directions file they sent with some really good local restaurant recommendations. The owner even went out of his way to help me track down and order some special edition Pokémon cards from Mercari.Overall, a reliable and well-managed place to stay in Tokyo. Highly recommended.
I rented an apartment for four months through this service and it was extremely easy to set up. Communication was quick and easy, even across wildly different time zones. I showed up at the apartment I booked and everything was set up and ready to go. I was super grateful for the restaurant recommendations they gave me. I went to one of them and just by happenstance made some Japan friends right away! I also realized just before leaving for Japan that I was arriving a day earlier than I thought I was. It was extremely easy to reach out and move in a day earlier than I initially planned. Overall, a perfect and painless experience.
Overall the stay was pleasant. It's easily accessible to the city via rapid trains and comprehensive guide to the apartment is really helpful.Thanks Leo for finding me a place to stay during crowded time
Excellent service! Would recommend to anyone looking for nicer accomodation in Tokyo. The apartment was great, in a quiet street and a short walk to the action.Shoutout to Leo who's a wonderful bloke and was a massive help with everything. Stayed near Ebisu for 2 months and would do it again.
I recently completed a 70-day stay at one of the Akasaka units, and the entire experience was excellent. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a long stay. I had zero issues throughout my time there.A special thanks goes to Leo, who helped me find a place that matched all my requirements. Location was my top priority, and the unit he arranged couldn’t have been in a better spot. Being so close to everything made my stay even more enjoyable.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service or the apartment. I look forward to booking with them again when I return in the spring of 2026. Highly recommended.

I rented for 4 months with Tokyo Furnished and it was a good experience! The apartment was clean and well equipped, the manager was responsive to my messages, and when my contract ended I received my full deposit back promptly. Though it is a little expensive, I would recommend this service to others wishing to stay in Tokyo for a medium term. Thank you!
