Je recommande cet établissement. Propre au calme et l’emplacement est très très bon. Et surtout ! De l’espace ! À Tokyo c’est tellement rare d’avoir une chambre spacieuse ce qui est le cas ici!Accueil se fait de façon autonome pas de réception.

Ken's Place Azabudai適合對安全與景觀有極高要求、但能忍受設施不便的旅客。地理位置算方便，鄰近三個電車站，雖然步行皆需一段距離，但在可接受範圍。麻布十番的生活機能強大，附近就有超市和便利商店，步行至六本木也算近，購物與娛樂選擇多元。最令人驚豔的是每天都能看見東京鐵塔與麻布台之丘。由於緊鄰東京美國俱樂部（TAC），周遭戒備極度森嚴，深夜仍有保全站崗，安全感無懈可擊。室內提供四張床，確保四人入住時每人都有獨立睡眠空間，且淋浴間大到有些浪費空間。然而，34m2的空間要容納四人與四件行李箱依然過於擁擠，完全無法同時攤開。服務與細節設計則令人質疑，除了沒有每日更換毛巾與收垃圾，第三天整理日若床上放有私人物品就不會重新鋪床。最不方便的是浴室與盥洗空間幾乎沒有置物架或掛勾，換洗衣物與保養品無處安放。最令人意外的是這是我第一次在東京住到沒提供牙刷、牙膏及消臭噴霧的旅宿。--Ken’s Place Azabudai での滞在は、メリットとデメリットが非常にはっきりしたものでした。立地は3つの駅が利用可能で、多少歩くものの許容範囲内です。麻布十番エリアのため生活利便性は高く、スーパーやコンビニも徒歩圏内で、六本木まで足を伸ばせば買い物や娯楽には困りません。毎日東京タワーと麻布台ヒルズを眺められるのは贅沢な体験でした。特筆すべきは治安の良さです。TAC（東京アメリカンクラブ）に隣接しているため警備が厳重で、深夜でもガードマンが常駐しており、非常に安心感があります。4人での宿泊でしたが、全員に独立したベッドがある点と、広すぎるほどのシャワースペースは評価できます。一方で、34平米に4人で宿泊するのはやはり狭く、4つのスーツケースを広げる余裕はありません。サービスの質については疑問を感じます。タオル交換やゴミ捨ては毎日ではなく、3日目の清掃日もベッドの上に私物があるとメイクをしてくれません。特に不便なのは脱衣所に棚やタオル掛けが極端に少なく、着替えや化粧品の置き場に困る点です。日本で歯ブラシや消臭スプレーの提供がない宿は初めてで驚きました。--Staying at Ken’s Place Azabudai is a study in contrasts. On the positive side, the location is relatively convenient with access to three train stations within walking distance. Being in the Azabu-juban area means supermarkets and convenience stores are nearby, and Roppongi’s endless shopping and dining options are just a bit further. The daily views of Tokyo Tower and Azabudai Hills are a major highlight. Security is unparalleled because the property is adjacent to the Tokyo American Club (TAC). With guards stationed nearby even late at night, I felt exceptionally safe. It was also a relief that each of the four guests had their own bed, and the shower area was surprisingly large, perhaps even excessively so.However, the 34 sqm space remains cramped for four people. Opening four suitcases simultaneously is impossible. The service logic is also questionable: there is no daily towel change or trash collection, and on the third-day cleaning, the bed is left unmade if personal items are on it. The bathroom and vanity areas lack essential storage hooks or shelves for clothes and toiletries, which is highly inconvenient. Surprisingly, this was my first time staying in Japan without provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, or deodorizing spray.
I gotta give a huge shout-out to the kens place azabudai overnight staff who were manning the phones on the night of Feb 10th.My friend got frightfully ill with a case of acute gastroenteritis in the middle of the night, to the point where I needed to call an ambulance her. But for some godforsaken reason my phone would not connect the call no matter what I tried. In desperation I called the kens place customer service line and was connected to someone who not only sent someone to my room with a Japanese phone to help me summon the medics, but also another lady called and stayed on the line with me for a solid 20 minutes helping me translate between myself and the medical staff who showed up. A totally unexpected event, but then also a totally unexpected level of service to help us through it. Thank you all again, and I am happy to report she is fine now and we made it back to the states.The place was great too, just make sure you're booking the right size room, they have several options and booking.com doesn't do a great job of specifying which pictures are showing what room type.
A quiet and spacious place to stay, perfect for families as the rooms at kitchen facilities. Lawsons and Azabudai Hills market walking distance away as well as a choice of cafes and coffee shops. The beds were very comfortable and the softest sheets I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
早朝からの仕事のために職場近くの大人数が宿泊できるホテルを探していたところ、こちらを見つけました。海外の観光客向けのためなのか1.スリッパがない2.シャワー室がガラス張りで他の人がトイレに入る時に丸見えになる3.チェックイン時にタッチパネル操作に手こずる以上が難点ですが、その他は概ね良かったです。
広くて快適ですキッチンがあるので便利オートロック解除の番号の次には#をおさなければならず、入るのに苦労しました(ﾟoﾟ;;
