Where do I begin? Kenta san, the owner, was phenomenally hospitable, and was eager to explain the different options available. The attention to detail was second to none, and the back story of how his grandfather used to sell porcelain from Saga in the very spot his bar is at now was poetic. I’m sure to return on my next visit.
Super cool and fun bar. Great selection of sake, beautiful design, delicious food (onigiri was the best we’ve had) and the owner is so nice and interesting to chat with. If we lived in Tokyo this would be our regular hangout place.
佐賀好きの店主さんがやっているお店。日本酒が苦手だったのですが、紹介してくれた日本酒が羊羹とベストマッチでとても美味しくいただきました！店内も和の雰囲気がとても上品で落ち着く空間です。
日本酒、九州好きだったら確実にリピートするお店です！
代官山と恵比寿の間くらい。ガラス張りの雰囲気の良いお店。佐賀県にこだわったお店のようで、佐賀の日本酒が豊富です。お茶は嬉野茶。急須で淹れた後のお茶葉に醤油を垂らして、炊き立てのお米で握った塩むすびと共に食す。なかなかオツです。まあBARなので、食事という観点では−2⭐︎にしました。
東京観光中のゲスト（香港人）を連れて行ったところ、メニューも雰囲気も良くて喜んでもらえました！おすすめです。We stopped by for a few drinks after dinner in Ebisu. I really enjoyed the stylish atmosphere and tasting sake and matcha cocktails served in beautiful Japanese pottery. It was a wonderful place to relax and experience an authentic vibe.
