渋谷エリアの便利な立地で、近くにドンキやコンビニが揃っている。
I had no issue when staying here at Shibuya Hilltop. It was a little dusty. And price is a bit high, maybe it’s just this Shibuya area. It’s easy to go to places around, like DonQ, convenience stores and fast foods. It is just that this Shibuya area is so dirty in the morning after weekend.
私たちは数日前に渋谷ヒルトップに宿泊しました。この建物の中には、多くの部屋がAirbnbで予約できるようですが、それぞれの管理会社が異なるようです。私たちはとても運が良く、予約した部屋はWACLASSという会社が管理しているものでした。部屋の写真にはWACLASSのロゴが掲載されており、部屋はとても清潔で整然としていました。鍵のパスコードの受け取りもスムーズで、滞在中にいくつか質問をした際も、ホストは非常に親切で素早く対応してくれました。家の立地は素晴らしく、周辺には飲食店が多く、24時間営業のスーパーもありました。私たちはとても楽しい旅を過ごすことができました。

Thank god I didn’t listen to any of the reviews that have been left recently. Because, they are all far from reality. Shibuya Hilltop is a fantastic place. However it’s not a hotel. It’s mainly Air B&B or the like with each room being owned by individuals. The negative reviews are most likely from people who either used no middleman or very little research into who they were renting from.On this trip I used Modern Living Tokyo. The minimum length of stay is one month. The renter in this case provided extremely detailed instructions. From entry into the lobby, to every aspect of the room. So I had zero issues getting in the building and my room.The room was also very clean. What I had did have issues with I just cleaned up myself. Which since being here for a month you’ll need to do anyways. So yes you’ll have to vacuum , dust and wipe down regularly. This is one of the largest cities in the world so it’s gonna get dusty. Just clean it up.I’ve stayed in this area before. But not this exact location. Going forward I’d probably always stay here. It’s perfectly located for everything you could need.So, I’m very happy. If you choose to stay in this building remember it’s not a hotel. You have to make sure who you’re renting from is reputable.
