初めての東京で素敵な買い物体験ができました。
It’s my first time in Tokyo and I encountered MOTHERHOUSE at the airport! The displays are full of eye catching colors and various designs. The staff are all very warm and friendly. They carefully listened to my preferences in style, colors, and textures, suggesting pieces that fit those descriptors. They also pointed out that because each item is handmade, the gradients and color combinations will differ. If stock allowed, I was shown multiples of the same items so I can pick the variant I liked the most. The staff were lovely and fun to converse with (in English!). I was surprised by a very cute dachshund case after talking about animals! Each item was carefully polished, wiped, and packaged in a dust bag then gift bag with care instructions. I’m sorry I forgot to ask for your names but thank you for the wonderful start to my trip. I’m excited to use all of these items for my trip and beyond. :)

手持ちのカバンにつけるアクセサリを購入しました。メンズ・レディース両方の商品を扱っておられるので、色の組み合わせの相談のとき、おなじ色のカバンをパッと出してくだったのがありがたかったです。
