千寿桜堤中学校のイベント出店で話題のコーヒーショップです。
テントと車体の色のコーディネートが素晴らしく目を引きます。
本格的な高品質コーヒーが楽しめる魅力的なお店です。
This is the real deal if you want authentic, high quality coffee! We had 2 pour over coffees, and they were absolutely amazing. I don't normally like black coffee, but when you have good quality coffee, grind the beans yourself, and know how to extract it well, it can taste great. That's exactly what happens here. This guy knows his way around a coffee bean!Do be aware that he doesn't do lattes or espresso, this is strictly coffee. I don't know currently if there are plans to expand the menu, but for now black coffee is all that is on offer.He is also the sweetest guy! He took the time to talk to us even though we are English speaking, we don't speak much Japanese at all, and he doesn't speak much English. We used translate apps a lot and made it work haha! But yeah, he made us feel very welcome. He gave us a couple of persimmons his parents grow, as well as some snacks, and told us about his dream of making his coffee shop into a micro pig cafe! I really hope he's able to make his dream come true (selfishly because I would absolutely love to go!!)So if you want to have a great cup of coffee from someone actually passionate about the craft, and help someone achieve their dreams, go support this shop!
本格的なコーヒーが飲めます。コーヒー豆の特徴も気になる際は教えてくれるので美味しいと思えるコーヒーが飲めると思います。
パン屋さんの軒先を借りて出店しているのだが、見ての通りテントと車体の色のコーディネートが完璧だと思う。あと美味しい。
千寿桜堤中学校のイベントに出張してました！少し待ちましたが、美味しいコーヒーをいだけました。
