Shellman aoyama is a treasure and we had such a wonderful experience thanks to Chiharu-san. The collection consisted of many unique pieces but more importantly , it’s the people who make the experience exceptional. Chiharu -san was warm, knowledgeable, patient, and lovely throughout our visit. We can see how much pride and care she puts into her work, and her expertise made the entire experience so enjoyable and memorable.What touched us most was what happened after we left the shop — we accidentally forgot a small shopping bag with souvenirs, and Chiharu-san called us right away. By the time we walked back, we saw that she had already come down from the second floor and was actually running towards us to return it. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture.Chiharu-san truly exemplifies what exceptional service means: attentive, sincere, gracious. Thank you again for such kindness and warmth — we will remember it for a very long time and we will be back! Highly recommend this shop for anyone who is looking for something special.
Incredible shop with an eclectic and special selection of vintage timepieces and jewellery. I’ve only heard good things about Shellman and it was the first shop (and only) we visited during our visit to Tokyo. We found the perfect piece to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. Amazing staff, super friendly, and incredibly patient. They waited unphased and entertained my young kids while I was on the phone to my bank back home to organise payment. So professional and genuine in their service. Absolute pleasure to visit this special place and forever grateful for helping us celebrate such a momentous occasion! Thank you 🙏❤️✌️We will definitely be back next time we visit and I can highly recommend other to dropping in if they are after something special 👌

Chanced upon this Shellman branch at Aoyama, decided to go in for a peek. Ended up having a nice chat with Shinnosuke-san, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I didn’t make a purchase this time, the experience was genuinely enjoyable. The quality of service alone makes this shop worth recommending.
We had a great experience at Shellman. They had a lot of one of kind pieces that I didn’t see anywhere else. The watch I ended up with came from the 1950s and it was spectacular condition. The service was also impecable. Shinnosuke was very helpful. He spent time letting us try different watches without being pushy. He is also very knowledgeable. Overall would recommend if you are looking for more antique pieces.
落ち着いた雰囲気で、店長さんもスタッフの方もすごく感じがよかったです。いくつかのアンティークのネックレスを見比べながら話をしているうちに、それぞれの魅力にどんどん引き込まれました。あと、かわいい鳥のブローチが素敵でした！

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 1960s gold Omega Constellation from this shop. Shin-san provided wonderful service from start to finish — extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.The store has a smaller but very well-curated selection of vintage watches, which gave it a more personal and thoughtful feel. I originally came in looking for a vintage gold Omega, and thankfully I asked if they happened to have additional watches in the back. To my surprise, Shin-san brought out exactly the watch I had been hoping to find. They even helped swap the band on the timepiece.The pricing was great, the service was exceptional, and the entire experience felt genuine and welcoming. I’m incredibly happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend this store to anyone searching for a special vintage timepiece.
