I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had.I stumbled into this place randomly one evening, and the moment you step into Firon you are welcomed in to a warm and intimate setting. There is no menu, which was actually so ideal for me as I want to try a bit of everything. The owner and chef, Shingo, puts so much passion into every dish he prepares for you, and the dedication to his craft truly shows. The 3 day miso-marinated avocado was unbelievable. Even the drinks were fantastic and I recommend getting the Steph, 10/10 cocktail!The atmosphere is so lovely and it no longer feels like you are in a restaurant, but instead have been invited into someone’s home and you are the most special of guests. Every dish is made by Shingo, even the desserts, and he even grows the mint that gets added to the water! My mind is blown by the passion he has for his craft and the countless hours spent in preparation for each evening. It shows in every dish and I can’t wait to visit this incredible spot once again
Believe the ratings! I found this place serendipitously and what a find. Amazing food, cozy atmosphere and excellent chef. All of a very reasonable price. What more can you ask for. The place has no menu. Instead the chef treats you to a variety of dishes and drinks, one better than the previous one. I had an amazing evening. Thank you very much chef Shiro!. If i am back in Japan, I will 100% come back.
何を食べても、何を飲んでも美味しいお店です。素材の使い方がとても素敵で、印象に残りました。干しカリフラワーのステーキや、自家製スモークチキンのサラダなど、お料理はひとつひとつ丁寧に仕上げられていて、今までにない味わいを楽しめました。自家製のソースやドレッシングもとても美味しく、細かなところまでこだわりを感じます。何より、目でも楽しめるお料理がたくさん出てきます。落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくり過ごせるのも魅力です。誰と訪れても、どんなシーンでもまた行きたいと思えるお店でした！また伺いたいと思います。

建物に入って階段を降り、左手にあるドアから入ると、とてもおしゃれで穏やかな雰囲気のお店。カウンター席では鉄板や炭火での調理を間近で見ることができ、素材の味を活かした旨味のある多種多様な料理をゆったりと楽しむことができる。家族や友人を連れてくるのにピッタリで、楽しんでもらえること間違いなし。変に格式張っていたりすることもなく、とてもまっすぐ料理を楽しむことができる。鉄板焼にしては破格の値段で、自家製のジンジャーエールもとてもおいしかった。また話によると、入ってくる食材などによってメニューが変わり、翌日行ったら全く異なるメニューになることもあるそう笑笑とにかく料理への愛情を感じるオーナーでした。少しホッと一息つきたい時におすすめ。ぜひ大切な人と行ってみて下さい。ありがとうございました。
世界一美味しい鉄板焼きと最高のお酒でした！
店主が目の前で鉄板焼きをしてくれるライブ感のあるスタイル。鉄板で焼く一つ一つの工程に、食材の美味しさを最大限に引き出す絶妙な焼き加減へのこだわりを感じました。さらに朝5時まで営業していると聞いて驚きです。
