夕日に映える新しい巨大な建物で、ビジュアルが抜群です。
1階にはタリーズがあり、気軽にリフレッシュできるスポットです。
周辺には多くのフードトラックが集まり、賑やかな雰囲気が漂っています。
It's a huge, new building. I heard the rent is high, so I'm worried about when the next lease renewal will come. The second basement floor is still unfinished, and apparently a gym will be built there for 80,000 yen per month. Around midnight, the area is packed with people struggling to find lunch, with many food trucks parked next to the building. Tokyo Seitoku University has also been added to the campus, and there's plenty of greenery. Tamachi is a completely different place from 30 years ago.まだ新しい巨大なビルですね。賃料も凄いとのことで、次の更新時が心配だと聞きました。地下2階はまだ未完成で、月額8万円のジムができるそうです。12時台はランチ難民であふれ、ビル横に多くのキッチンカーが横付けしています。東京成徳大学も敷地内に増設され、緑も豊かです。３０年前の田町とは様変わりです。

デカい。高所恐怖症には怖ずぎる。
【夕日に映える建物】2025/06/04 18時ごろ訪問なんとなくキレイな建物だなと思い写真を撮りました。高層ビルって大体夕日に映えるものですが、特にこのビルはキレイだなと感じました。
