I have nothing but good things to say about Dash Living. This is the third time my wife and I have used Dash for a one-month stay in Tokyo, where we have family. Our apartment on each stay has been clean and fully functional. The rental cost is super reasonable, given that you have the benefit of a kitchen and washing machine and other amenities not provided in a standard hotel room. The Dash team members have been extra helpful with scheduling our stay and highly responsive to any questions that we have had about our accommodation. The apartments are all very close to major sites and to the transit system. I remember a time when booking such a stay in Tokyo with full accommodations would have been nearly impossible, given that most short-term rentals were priced for corporate types with deep pockets. Dash has found a perfect niche for those of us regular folks who want an affordable, pleasant, hassle-free and safe living experience in Tokyo.
I stayed in the two-bedroom unit and had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Really good smooth communication with the staff from Dash Living from the first moment of contact.they use Whats App and it was very convenient as they offered a few locations and were able to provide lots of information on each apartment.All email correspondence was also very clear and simple, from making payment to signing contracts and checking in, I was always notified of "Whats Next"the apartment in Tsukiji is great, great location, near new building and exactly what I was shown in the pics.Very happy and would highly recommend them.
Only moved in a few days ago but already so impressed by the place! Compared to previous serviced apartments I stayed at in Tokyo, I feel the level of thoughtfulness that goes into Dash apartments is another level, and it really makes a difference in making you feel comfortable in a foreign city. To name a few things, the bed is good quality and comfortable (not too soft or too hard), the place comes stocked with essentials like soap, conditioner etc, and even a rice cooker! They also made sure to provide some extra garbage bags. The locks and everything are code based so no need to carry around a card or key. And the tv is a smart one which is a step up from hotels in Tokyo. I know I’ll enjoy this place loads :)
