Located in a very good neighbourhood, seamless check in and out(all virtual there would be no human assistance on ground). Wouldn’t complain much. All modern/necessary amenities available
Seems like a lot of the bad reviews come from a technical error that the hosts aren't responsible for.I found the room to be excellent, very well equipped with a washing machine, small kitchen, ironing set, full cupboard with hangers. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom small but functional. Check-in was easy, and communication clear and fast. Perfect location to walk to Shibuya, Harajuku, or Omotesando stations. Small Kmart just up the road.Will be booking again for my next Tokyo visit.
This place is great. It’s in really cool and central location, the room is nice and the facilities are good.The check in was a little tricky but if you fill it in correctly before you get there it’s easy - ours was thru booking.com and it was easy. Thanks for having us.
Exceptional location, near everything but in a lovely quiet street. So perfect. Washing machine / dryer inside the apartment was perfect and small kitchenette - although we didnt cook. Good size. Comfortable bed. Super helpful accommodating host, and well explained self check in process. Would recommend anyone to stay here, especially if looking to shop and eat in shibuya and harajuku - so much to see and do!
Very positive experience. Easy check in via automatic system- just remember to check email in days leading up to stay and everything will be fine. Relaxing neighborhood nook, walkable to Shibuya scramble square but very quiet at night. Many self serve Ramen shops and convenience stores nearby, also easy access to subway via Omotesando station. Functional washer-drier with detergent and mini kitchen made longer stay possible. Comfortable bed. For this price point a great way to stay in central Tokyo.

5/5, 10/10, %100.Great room. Absolutely AMAZING location. Clean. Very compact but with a smart design. We stayed 5 nights in October 2025. Washer and dryer-in-one unit in every room made clothes organizing very easy. Would definetely recommend and stay again. Thank you Ken's Place team!!
