I visited Conz today after seeing it recommended on social media. The customer service was 10/10. A very kind staff member, Riko-san, took a lot of time to help us and showed us several beautiful pieces.The items can be a bit pricey, but they are authentic Japanese products with great quality, so the price is definitely worth it. Unfortunately, I didn’t buy anything this time, but I will definitely come back when I’m in Japan again. Shoutout to Riko-san for the amazing service, keep up the great work! 💕

Accidentally stumbled into this store and ended up walking out with two pieces. The staff was super nice, and I really loved their clothing selection. I had two girls helping me, and both were amazing. Shoutout to Airi, she was my sales assistant and made the whole visit really comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely come back!
