Visitor here, had an excellent experience! Chaska and Ozan helped us find the knives that we were looking for. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable about the knives and their upkeep. They kept in tune with our needs and found the knives that would work best with what our needs were. Definitely an investment, but well worth the price and the experience. When you come in ask for Ozan or Chaska!
