Contrary to others, my experience here was superb as compared to the Prada in Ginza Novo. After purchasing a wallet for my Dad at Prada Ginza Novo, we chanced upon this Prada inside Ginza Six. I went in with an intention to purchase a wallet for myself and was approached by a rather shy SA. However, after talking to him a little, I had the best service from him. His name is Rikuto and he took the effort to show me all the wallets based on what I wanted in terms of color and compartments. The choice was easy with his help. He even told me about the Ginza 6 membership and how I would be able to earn points and use it during my next purchase. After payment, I noticed a small saffiano bag and asked to see it. I think i overwhelmed him a little as he was packing up my order but he still smiled warmly and entertained me. I walked out with that bag as well. Thank you Rikuto for your awesome service and patience. Definitely will come by to purchase from you again the next time I’m at Ginza.
