I recently visited Tokyo Halal Restaurant and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff was polite and welcomingI was greeted warmly and guided to my table right away.However, things became a bit confusing when it came to the menu. After I started looking through it, I was told that the menu I had was only for Japanese customers, and I was given a different one instead. That felt a bit unusual and slightly uncomfortable.I ordered the biryani, which tasted good and was well-prepared. Unfortunately, the portion size was quite small considering the price of ¥1900. It didn’t feel like good value for money, especially when I noticed that other menu options (apparently for Japanese customers) were around ¥1200 and even included extras like drinks and larger portions.Overall, while the food quality and service were decent, the pricing and menu inconsistency left me feeling that the experience didn’t quite justify the cost.
I got the butter chicken set and for a massive Naan bread and a salad I would recommend for less then 2000 yen 10/10 would definitely go back. The staff were really friendly too!
Das Essen war sehr lecker. Personal sehr nett. Eine ruhige Atmosphäre hat man auch da. Lasst euch nicht von dem äußeren täuschen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Würde nochmal hingehen.Ich hatte das Butter chicken masala mit cheese nanGrüße aus Deutschland 👋
