One of the best ramens I’ve had! Tried the salty ramen and the pork was so tender and flavorful. The broth was also really good and rich. Very friendly staff as well. Highly recommend!

I got their vegan tantan ramen and it's honestly so good.the broth is thick and savory, it doesn’t taste like "veggies" at all, just a really comforting, authentic tantan flavor. the “soy meat” chunks also have a nice texture that genuinely feels like real meat.I also grabbed their takoyaki (I suppose it’s from gindaco) and kimchi for appetizers before the main event, both were good.really appreciate that they strictly separate the utensils for their vegan menu, even though they cook in the same kitchen as the non-vegan stuff. it’s a very thoughtful detail.also, the portion is huge. Went there on a monday night, so it wasnt really crowded. Staff was pretty quick and attentive and polite. Their ramen tastes really good and has a rich flavor and in my opinion this could taste better than ichiran👀 Asides from their flavorful ramen, their chicken was also really good.
出張で銀座・新橋エリアを歩いていて、ふらっと立ち寄ったらあめん花月嵐さん。全国展開のチェーンというイメージでしたが、改めて食べてみて「あ、これちゃんと旨いやん」と再発見させられるお店でした。注文したのは当店人気No.1の嵐げんこつらあめんPremium。豚骨ベースの背脂醤油スープが看板メニューで、熟成された秘伝のタレが決め手とのこと。運ばれてきた一杯は、スープの表面に背脂がキラキラと浮かび、香りだけで食欲が爆発するビジュアル。スープを一口すすると、豚骨の濃厚さと醤油のキレが絶妙にバランスしていて、背脂のコクがガツンとくる。でも後味は意外とスッキリしていて、最後までグイグイ飲めてしまう仕上がり。さすが看板メニュー、という納得感がありました。そしてチャーシューがしっかり枚数入っていて満足度高め。噛むとほどける柔らかさで、スープとの相性も抜群。海苔、味玉、メンマといった定番トッピングもきっちり仕事をしていて、全体のバランスが非常に良かったです。タッチパネル式の券売機で注文もスムーズ。一人でサッと入って、短時間で満足度の高い一杯を食べられるのは、忙しいビジネスマンには本当にありがたい存在です。新橋・銀座エリアは名店ひしめく激戦区ですが、迷ったら間違いなく選択肢に入る一軒。背脂醤油系が好きな方、ガツンとくるラーメンを求めている方に強くおすすめします。ごちそうさまでした。
The ramen we ordered were very good. The restaurant is nice and spacious, we were there around 8.30pm. Susprisingly affordable given the well known Ginza area. Friendly staffs and chef. Highly recommended. Not sure why it havent got many reviews. Our bill were only $27 aud. 2 bowl ramen and OJ. Cheering.
This ramen spot was literally across from our hotel and open on New Year’s Day when everything else was closed — and we’re so glad it was. We ordered the shrimp fried rice (highly recommend), the spicy ramen (they warn you for a reason — very spicy, but so worth it if you can handle heat), and the classic miso ramen with a delicious, comforting broth. We even asked for Nikka on the rocks and they happily accommodated. No frills, easy iPad ordering, seriously good food. We were just really grateful this place existed that day. 5/5.

Absolutely delicious! I'm vegeterian so I ordered the vegan ramen and added the boiled egg side. It couldn't have tasted any better. Highly recommend!
