Hideout Izakaya&Barの特徴
新潟県妙高市で楽しめる、絶品の鶏南蛮と揚げ出し豆腐が魅力の居酒屋です。
美味しい刺身や小皿料理が揃い、外国語にも対応するスタッフが丁寧に説明してくれます。
穴場のような居酒屋で、地元の雰囲気を感じながら飲食が楽しめる素晴らしい場所です。

Fantastic chicken nanban and Ageshi Tofu. Good drinks and company. Make sure to visit when you’re in Akakura onsen!

Great little Izakaya! Make sure you book ahead, as there aren’t many tables, great selection of small dishes that are all amazing - Takoyaki & Sake Steamed Clams were our favourites 😁
Great food and service. Best yet in Myoko Kogen. A pleasant change from basic katsu and curry combos. Good sashimi, small plates, and a godsend bilingual server! My husband’s favourite was the salmon sashimi. Mine was the ginger pork steak (fillet). We both loved the fried oysters. Very glad we stopped at this hidden gem off the main street. Possibly less attractive to tourists wandering the main drag, and newly opened which explains why so few reviews.

Hole in the wall kinda place with great local vibes with good food and drinks!- Food was delicious! But we wish they had more non fried options for us to try- Drinks was plentiful and generous- Service is personal and friendlyRecommended to make a booking before hand (on instagram) as it can only accommodate 3 tables
