銀座のど真ん中に、これほどの世界観があるとは驚きました。入ってすぐ、刀を鍛錬する「炉」をイメージしたというエントランスが日本人の心に響きます。日本人でも普段なかなか触れる機会のない、刀剣の世界や職人スピリットを肌で感じることができました。特に2階のスペースは圧巻です。窓際にずらりと並ぶ包丁のスケール感と素敵な絵画はもちろん、スタッフの方がそれぞれのストーリーを丁寧に説明してくださり、心に響くものがありました。自分用はもちろん、大切な友人への贈り物を探す際にもぜひまたじっくりと伺いたいです。I was surprised to find such a unique space right in the heart of Ginza.The entrance, inspired by a traditional Japanese sword-forging furnace, is striking.It offers a rare chance—even for locals—to experience the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship and the artistry of swords firsthand.Also, the second floor is truly impressive. Rows of knives lined up along the window and gigantic art paint create an incredible sight.The staff shared the stories behind the craft with passion that it really resonated with me.I’d love to come back and take my time to choose something here—not just for myself, but also when looking for a thoughtful gift for a friend.
Wir haben den Store zufällig auf Google entdeckt, weil mein Mann nach einem Messer gesucht hat. Der Laden ist von außen sehr unscheinbar, aber innen wunderschön mit einer guten Auswahl an verschiedenen Messern. Wir wurden von den Mitarbeitern herzlich begrüßt und sehr gut beraten. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!!!
Buying a knife from Japan was a bucket list item for my husband and I and we’re so happy we ended up here! Yuko made this experience so memorable for us! From start to end, she was so kind and informative. We truly had so much fun picking out the right knives for each of us. Would absolutely go back!
Wow, this new shop is stunning.Such cool design and layout, I highly recommend checking this out especially if you wanna see some of Kurosaki’s Knives (currently the knife maker of many of the best chefs in the country)Most of all, the service was impeccable. 2026年1月17日プレオープンでうかがいました。まるで包丁の美術館の様です。越前や堺の素晴らしい包丁に出会えます。私自身が越前の包丁に魅せられておりますので、このようなお店が発展して国内外に越前包丁が広まると嬉しいです。合羽橋や京都にも清助刃物さんありますが、雰囲気は全然違います。
