Super friendly family owned, if you want a traditional Japanese lamp this is the place to go! Walked in and they were super helpful with translation and how to get what we wanted. We wanted to buy a sample piece displayed and THEY asked US what we wanted to pay. They were super insistent on not giving us the sample and making us one because they didn’t want to give us a damaged piece, AMAZING service! If I come to Japan again I’m getting a custom lantern from here
