柳川農場 岡山農業高校ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝの特徴
地元農業高校の新鮮な食材を使用した料理が味わえます。
名物の大根の竜田揚げ定食が楽しめる居酒屋です。
磨屋町の柳川農場ではボリュームたっぷりな栄養満点の料理が揃っています。
同僚とサラメシに伺ったのは磨屋町「柳川農場」さん、柳川交差点の南西立地、以前”めんどくサガリ屋”さんがあった場所になります。店内は奥に長い構造、厨房・カウンター席・テーブル席が南にのびます。奥のテーブル席は団体さんの予約が入っていました。注文は「鶏の唐揚げ定食（1000円）」、待つこと10分少々でやって来ました。小鉢は4品と充実しています。ご飯は大中小を選択できます！から揚げは強めに揚がって香ばしい味わい、カリッと食感の衣が美味いですね、塩で頂くと鶏本来の旨さを味わえます。小鉢4品はどれも上質、アテになる味付け、ポテサラは量も多くて食べ応えありました(*^^*)7月からランチ営業が始まった当店、昼時は満席の盛況ぶり、次回はチキン南蛮を頂きましょう！！
本店⁈では唐揚げを頂いていたので、こちらでは名物の大根の竜田揚げ定食!ご飯は大!TKGで(･ω･｡) ｲﾀﾀﾞｸ店内テーブルとカウンター席を用意されていて広々してますな小鉢はお野菜たっぷりヘルシー!汁にも根菜がたっぷり、味付けも控えめだっさて、メインの大根竜田揚げ硬めのゴリゴリ食感！おでん風に炒いたとあったが、煮込みではなく炒めからの揚げたようだ。ヘルシー仕様のフライドポテト⁈みたいな感じか最後はTKGで〆るこれは間違いない( ｡･ω･)ｺﾞﾁｿｰｻﾏ
コロッケがあつあつでよかった。
A restaurant that uses ingredients cultivated from a local agricultural high school (I literally saw them bring it through the front door!). The quality of these ingredients speak for themselves with their fresh, vibrant taste and great textures!The deep-fried daikon is a very unique dish I had never eaten before. It is simmered oden-style and features a balanced hot, crispy outer layer with a chewy, flavorful interior.The dashimaki is fluffy and paired wonderfully with the Kimise soy sauce, which is lighter-tasting than typical soy sauce. It is all very enjoyable and doesn't have an overwhelming dashi taste that could typically occur with some dashimaki!Finally, the chicken nanban is noted as the No.1 popular item and for very good reason! The chicken is crisp and juicy, with lots of powerful flavor notes. The generous and delicious portion is enough for two people to share. And the accompanying egg salad has an excellent smoothness and bounce that makes it difficult to stop eating.Bottomline, I don't know why this place isn't more popular, seeing how it supports local students, serves superior quality food, and has very affordable prices for the quantities offered. If you are hungry and you are in the area, you should definitely stop by this place!

野菜が美味しくてボリュームたっぷり栄養満点。特にチキン南蛮はチキン南蛮の常識を覆すほど家庭的で優しい味です。黄ニラのだし巻き卵もお勧めです。毎週来たくなるお店です。地元岡山の地酒と料理がマッチします。
