My family and I loved staying here in quiet, quaint and beautiful Osawa. We loved being so close to the bus stop, vending machines, convenience store, home center and many parks. The rental provided bicycles, umbrellas, even toys for our child. The laundry/dryer combo, projector TV and renovated kitchen were a joy to use. All the Ghibli decor was a wonderful added touch. There's even a small kei-truck that comes by every Tuesday with groceries! Ray was extremely communicative and responsive to all of our various needs. Highly recommend.
Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at House Zero in Mitaka, Tokyo, from August 3rd to 8th.We were fortunate enough to be hosted by Ray-san, who was truly exceptional in every aspect of hospitality and tenant support. From the moment we arrived, Ray-san made us feel welcomed and ensured that we had everything we needed to settle in comfortably. He was always available to answer any questions we had. He came by to help with the household issues upon an enquiry. Ray-san’s fantastic support made our stay seamlessly smooth. The apartment itself was well provided, clean and well-maintained. All the necessary amenities and facilities to make our stay feel like home. The living space was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of five.We cannot thank Ray-san enough for his exceptional hospitality and support during our stay in Mitaka. We would highly recommend renting from him to anyone visiting Tokyo. We look forward to staying in House Zero again on our next trip to Japan!
We had a wonderful stay at Ray's house. Ray is indeed a a Super Host and his house is the kind of accommodation we look for when we travel. We like to stay in a comfortably-sized apartment/house with living room, kitchen and laundry facilities in a quiet neighborhood with access to public transportation. A great match for us and we have already rebooked for future trips. Thank you, Ray!
