I went in here over the weekend for a new pair of trainers, I was super indecisive on what colourway to pick. Daiki san was so kind and accommodating, I ended up choosing such a fun trainer with Daiki’s help and I am obsessed!Thank you so much Daiki!Also the shoes are SO comfortable 💕

Great time at the store. Shopping was so much fun for my girls. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We didn’t have our passport at first so they held everything for us until we returned. 10/10 🤗
Hitomi-san and Naoko-san along with the other staff were very helpful. Eager to assist providing her with options and choices of their products although she was focused on “The Tote Bag” *TOKYO Helped my mother feel the joy of the purchase and got her what she wanted! Love this location and for the team making my mother feel welcome for her first experience in Japan! ☺️❤️

バークジェイコブスでお世話になりました。店員さんも非常にお話ししやすく、またこちらの話もよく聞いてくださり、とても過ごしやすかったです。バークジェイコブスのイベント自体も大変満足度が高く、非常に有意義な時間とお買い物をすることができました。購入した鞄は一生ものの宝物にします！
