I see above the spillway, the gate is open. So I come and watch this place. I read that this is part of Takeda Shingen place where at the old time, there are a lot of flower here. Now only a small temple here.But the view to watch ryuga pond is very beautiful from this place. You can sit and enjoy the view while watching a lot of people fishing down there.
