Great location right opposite Tokyo Station, within easy walking distance to Shinkansen and JR trains. The room is compact but fully furnished with a sofa, washing machine and full kitchen amenities. The bed is suitable for family stays, and our stay was very cosy overall.

Choosing to stay here was a great choice! it is a one minute walk to the train station, with accessable routes to shopping streets and gynza. there are english speaking staff who will accommodate to your needs. They even offer a special japanese experience, where each person can choose one special thing a night- such as tea tasting, matcha making, and postcard calligraphy- complemntary with your booking. The room is extremely clean, including a washing machine and mini kitchen. Theres also a tea set different types of tea in the room, and a fridge and freezer. next to the bed, there are international plug sockets if traveling from abroad. although this hotel is new, it is an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend if traveling to tokyo for the first time, or repeat. Will definitely be booking again!
Outstanding hotel. Top-notch front desk staff, huge rooms (especially for Japan) with first-class amenities such as a Dyson hair dryer and Egyptian cotton linens. Fully stocked kitchen equipment was a big plus. The location is right across the street from Tokyo Station (the entrance is tucked into a little alley), so the convenience can't be beaten. My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. Highly recommend.
本当に素晴らしいところでした。アクセスだけでなく、過ごしやすさはピカイチで、2階のバーで無料で美味しい抹茶ラテも作ってもらえました。さらにお得なサービスもしてもらえて、言うことなしです！次もここで決まりですね！ホテルの受付の方も最高でした！
Hidden gem, well priced hotel with luxury rooms and staff. Would absolutely stay here again, great location next to the Tokyo train station!

We were a family of four and looking for a room that could accommodate everyone at a reasonable price. We were pleasantly surprised to find this property in the neighborhood that we were looking for so convenient near the train station. Also a nice surprise was the in-room washing machine which was so useful after a couple weeks in Asia.The only quirky thing was that the elevator was programmed to always stop on the 2nd floor which was where the reception was despite no need.
