広島の伝統製法で作られた質の高い和紅茶が魅力的です。
東照宮参拝の後に電話して立ち寄らせて頂きました。百年の古民家cafeは雰囲気があります。ミッフィー展の図録があって盛り上がり、感性豊かな店主さんのこだわりの茶葉や器のお話しも楽しく、ゆっくりと時が流れる空間で涼む事が出来ました。もちろんお茶もとっても美味しくてほうじ茶、緑茶、尾道の浜茶を選んだのですが、浜茶は潮を含んだ塩味も味わい深く、一煎目はスッキリ、二煎目は味わい深く、濃厚な手作りプリンとピッタリ❤️価格は少々お高めですが、茶菓も付き専門店ならではの満足感が得られました😊昭和なかき氷機のかき氷も美味しそう♪2階はゲストハウスとか。外国人に人気の様ですが、おばあちゃんの家の様な懐かしさがありそうです。カード利用可能です。
静岡茶などもありますが、広島の伝統な製法を継承して作られたお茶が飲めます。広島産のお茶が飲めると思ってなかったので嬉しかったです。店員さんはお茶好きな勉強熱心な方でお茶に詳しいです。茶農家さんへのリスペクトもあり素敵なお店だと思いました。茶葉を購入することもできます。お土産に買いました。
As a dedicated lover of Japanese tea who has visited tea shops throughout Japan, I had a truly memorable experience at Kabukiya Tea House.Motoharu-san, the owner, prepared three different teas for me: two green teas from the Onomichi area and a remarkable hōjicha that he created on the spot by roasting an oolong tea from the Yame region of Fukuoka. Watching the roasting process in a traditional ceramic hōjicha roasting vessel and experiencing the transformation of the tea was fascinating.What impressed me most was Motoharu-san’s enthusiasm and depth of knowledge. He swept me along on a genuine tea adventure. I was reminded how important aroma and olfaction are to the appreciation of fine tea, especially the wonderful fragrance that emerged from the freshly roasted oolong.Some visitors may come expecting a tea room with an extensive selection of sweets. That is not what makes this place special. Kabukiya is a destination for people who want to deepen their understanding and enjoyment of Japanese tea.I have visited several excellent tea shops around Japan. While Kabukiya is small in size, it is immense in the scale of knowledge, craftsmanship, and enjoyment it offers. I bought a few teas and paid for the tastings. A good deal for an hour long experience.I look forward to returning on future visits to Hiroshima.P.S. The shop can be a little tricky to find at first. It is located in the alley behind the okonomiyaki restaurant. The search is well worth the effort.
The menu is a bit limited but the snacks and tea were very good and the person working there was knowledgeable about tea.

とても美味しいお茶がいただけます。これからお茶うけのお菓子の種類が増えるといいな、と思います。7席の小さなお店で落ち着く感じです。
