We had vacation with my family and it was my first time in Japan. The location is perfect and just a few minutes walk from the station. The host was really accommodating and kind and i would definitely recommend this place. This place made one of my most memorable experience in Japan. Thank you very much.
We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb near Hatsudai Station. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the station, making it incredibly easy to explore Tokyo while still enjoying a quieter neighborhood away from the crowds. Hatsudai offers convenient access to Shinjuku and other major areas, yet feels calm and residential, which we really appreciated. The area is known for its easy connection to central Tokyo and its relaxed atmosphere.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and the host was responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed being able to return to a peaceful neighborhood after busy days sightseeing.I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Tokyo.
Had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at AT shinjuku. Everything was smooth and convenient for a family with a small child. Walkable bus station as well as train station. Ray was highly responsive and took care of us in every manner he could. 100 % recommend this for a family or even for a couple, family mart and mini store at 2,3 minutes of walk made life quite easy. Nice area to stay to get the proper japanese neighbourhood experience with a modern touch apartment.
Helpful and patient host. My first time in Japan, and I had a hard time navigating the streets of Tokyo. I let host know this, and she was quick to reply to my message asking for help. She got on a FaceTime call with me and guided me right to the apartment! I was so grateful for the call and her further assistance with check-in; very much appreciated since I was exhausted from a 13 hour flight! Also, the space was just as described: neat, exceptionally clean, close to stores and neighborhood restaurants. 9 minute walk to subway, and one stop from Shinjuku Station. I highly recommend this stay for your next visit to Tokyo!
Absolutely enjoyed my stay. Slept 5 people comfortably. The room was very clean. The building is located within 50 meters of a bus stop which has buses going straight to Shinjuku station. If I return to Tokyo, I will certainly come back for another stay.
The room is new and clean, designed in a modern way. It was spacious enough for us (5 persons - 2 adults, 3 children). All the kitchen utensils, laundry space and its condiment, bathroom and its toiletries were all available.The location is great, with many convenient stores and restaurants around. Train station is a couple of minutes walk away.The place is so quiet that after a day tour to various tourist locations, we rest well.Ray, our host is very hospitable and kind. He recommends various places to visit and is always in touch with us, should we require more assistance.We stay for 9 days.Overall; I would highly recommend this place and definitely be back in the future. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
This studio condo is stayed in was absolutely perfect. Solo traved to Japan and wanted to stay somewhere convenient and comfortable, this condo definitely met my needs. Two bus stops located a 1 minute walk of the building, access to a subway/train station is 10 min walk and 20-30 min bus ride to Shinjuku and Shibuya city centers. There are alot of amazing restaurants near by mostly within a 10 min walk but its very easy to catch the bus too. The host communication was excellent and made my stay very pleasant. They provided a detailed 'how to guide' of items in the condo & how to use then, how to get around, useful apps to aid in your stay and a guide to show taxi drivers if you need a taxi (this was very useful). Reached out to check in on you, offer help and make sure you didnt need anything. Response time from the host is very fast too. Overall enjoyed staying here and when I come back for a another visit to Japan with be elated to stay here again.

地點方便，房間整理的很乾淨，有洗衣機，浴室有乾燥，衣服洗好隔天都可以乾。房東回覆訊息也都很快，最後一天退房要去樂園玩，房東也很好讓我們先寄放行李，行程結束後再回去取，讓我們省去許多麻煩，在東京的旅行更愉快😊
