I want to shout out this company for making the move to Japan so easy. Mr. John is the best guy I could've ever asked for. He helped us find a mansion, get a phone, and even a bank account, fire insurance, water, electric and gas. If I had any questions he would answer promptly and checked in on me to make sure everything was ok. In the end we got a mansion that was everything I could've ever wanted. It was so convenient when I moved to an apartment temporarily, I missed my old place, even now, if I moved back to Japan I'd use this company again to find a good apartment/mansion! I'm honestly so glad we chose a mansion that he suggested! I don't think I could live in an apartment XD. Anyway, only 10,000¥ renewal fee but they still assist you if you need them. I'll take it! 11/10! Thank you Mr. John!

The staff are very friendly. They worked hard to find us an apartment that matched our needs, and were understanding and helpful for the whole process, from finding the apartment to signing the contract and making the payment. Working with them made finding an apartment fast and easy.

Really good service! They'll help and translate for you to find your ideal apartment and come with you to check it out.If you find one, they'll also help you throughout your process and help you get up and running with electricity, water, and gas, along with any post-contract administration.If you do not like thin walled apartments, etc., be sure to tell them that you'd like it to be reinforced concrete for the material.

This is the only office I can recommend working with if you are trying to move to Japan. Other foreigner targeted agencies will charge you a whole lot more, and do a whole lot less.After struggling with about 12 other individuals over the course of 3 weeks for our move to Japan. Our expectations of having our own front door were crushed by the other agencies as we were told it was just not possible given our situation. 6 Days before our temporary rental ended I remembered I reached out to Sumai no Seika previously.Pressed for time I walked into the office and was immediately helped by Mrs. Roxas. She had pre-screened multiple properties for us and we had an application in before we left, we also toured the property the same day. Not 2 days later, after being denied 5 times previously with other agents at different companies, we were accepted for the application we submitted together.Unbelievably she was able to get us moved in before our temporary rental ended, and even helped us set up our utilities and fire insurance. She diligently answered all our questions about the contract, and translated the contract nearly word for word.If there was one thing I could do differently from when I moved to Japan, it would be to start with Sumai no Seika.
