We stayed at J-ARC Akebonobashi for our 10-day trip in Tokyo and it was a fantastic choice! Having our own little apartment felt so much more comfortable than a regular hotel. It had a kitchenette, a washing machine, and separate sleeping areas for the kids, which made family life way easier.The unit also has three split AC units and several single-room ERV systems that kept every room at the perfect temperature with fresh air — it was honestly one of the most comfortable places we stayed in Japan.While not unpleasant, there isn’t really a view from our first-floor windows — we mostly looked out at neighboring buildings. But that didn’t bother us much since we were out exploring most of the day anyway.A huge bonus was that Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden was only a 15-minute walk away, making it super easy to visit the cherry blossoms during our stay.The only issue we had was the shower drying fan that wouldn’t turn off and started making a horrible noise. We emailed management and they responded super quickly — they even sent a repairman the same day. The communication and support were excellent.The unit was very clean, quiet, and in a convenient location. It’s an easy walk from the Toei Shinjuku Line station, with a 7-Eleven just down the street. There are also a few late-night food spots and a small grocery store called My Basket nearby.We loved that the unit had a TV and a projector — we ended up playing YouTube on it most evenings. It felt clean and safe the whole time.Location-wise, it was super practical: about 24 minutes to Tokyo Dome for a Giants game, 24 minutes to Skytree Solamachi, 45 minutes to Ginza, one stop from Shinjuku, and four stops from Shibuya. We also rented a car from the nearby Toyota Rent a Car and it was only about 4 stops away — perfect for our day trip to Hakone.Overall, this was a very comfortable, affordable, and well-located apartment that made our family stay in Tokyo much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!東京滞在中の10日間、曙橋のJ-ARCに泊まりましたが、とても良かったです！普通のホテルより自分の小さなアパートメントがある感じで快適でした。キッチン、洗濯機、子供たち用の独立した寝室スペースがあって、家族旅行にぴったり。さらに、3台のルームエアコンと各部屋に単独のERV（換気システム）が付いていて、どの部屋も温度がちょうど良く、常に新鮮な空気でとても快適でした。日本で泊まった中で一番居心地が良かったです。1階だったため、窓からの景色はあまりなくて、隣の建物が見えるくらいでした。でも、ほとんど外で過ごしていたので、特に気になりませんでした。大きなプラスポイントは、新宿御苑が徒歩15分という近さで、桜の季節に散策しやすかったことです。唯一のトラブルはシャワーの乾燥ファンが止まらなくて変な音を出し始めたこと。でも、管理会社にメールしたらすぐに返事が来て、その日に修理の人まで来てくれました。対応がとても速くて助かりました。お部屋はとても清潔で静か。都営新宿線の駅から近く、すぐ近くにセブンイレブンもあります。遅くまで開いている飲食店や「My Basket」という小さなスーパーも近くて便利でした。TVとプロジェクターが付いていて、夜はYouTubeを投影して家族で楽しめました。全体的に清潔で安心感がありました。立地も最高で、東京ドームまで約24分、スカイツリー・ソラマチまで24分、銀座まで45分、新宿は1駅、渋谷は4駅です。レンタカーを借りたトヨタレンタカーも4駅くらいで、箱根への日帰り旅行にも便利でした。価格も手頃で、家族で快適に過ごせるおすすめの宿泊施設です。また利用したいと思います！

閑静な住宅街にあり近所にイオンコンビニがありとてもリラックスして過ごすことができました！ドライヤーがなかったのでそれだけ揃っていれば良きです(^^)
Departamento super completo y cómodo. A 10 minutos del centro de Shinjuku.Estuvimos 4 dias y fue un lujo. Cocina completa y lavarropas, el baño un lujo.

駅からのアクセスもよく、大変便利で快適でした（特に、洗濯ができ、風呂場の乾燥機能で翌朝には乾いていたこと）！東京観光の拠点として、非常におすすめです。
