I walked in feeling totally overwhelmed by all the makeup options, but then the sweetest lady came over to help. She made the whole experience absolutely delightful. Despite the language barrier, she took her time to guide me, helped me find exactly what I needed, and even surprised me with lots of free samples. Truly impeccable service!

It's a nice store with good location in central Shibuya, even tho they didn't have the product I was looking for the lady there was really nice!
