先日ZESTY RED MISO TOFUをいただきました。大満足な一品です。麻婆豆腐と柔らかいチャーシューが濃厚なスープと合い美味しかったです。内装がおしゃれなので海外の友達が遊びに来た時は案内したいと思います。
I have visited Engine Shinjuku 3 times in total, starting from their very first opening day, and I loved it every single time! They have great gluten free options. I’ve tried both the regular and gluten-free ramen, and both were super delicious. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended!
We came here after visiting the Kyoto Engine ramen. Food was amazing and caters for coeliac and gluten free which is amazing, since there is not many options around. We were served by Rika and she was lovely, making conversation, definitely made the experience more enjoyable. We loved this chain and would definitely recommend and come again.
This is the perfect 🍜 place, めちゃうまい! I ordered their most popular vegan ramen with an egg, and I must say it is the best vegan ramen I’ve had in Tokyo. Service is top notch, very lovely people. Will visit again, highly recommend!
Wir waren Spätabends dort & wurden herzlich begrüßt. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und ist wirklich positiv hervorzuheben. Gespräch in Englisch ist problemlos möglich.Die Ramen waren mit die Besten, die ich je gegessen habe. Es gibt auch eine wirklich große Auswahl an veganen Ramen. Hervorzuheben ist außerdem, dass man explizit gefragt wird, ob man allergisch auf bestimmte Lebensmittel ist.Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Es lohnt sich wirklich!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Must Visit for Anyone, Especially if You're Gluten Free!While travelling around Japan, I heard that Engine had just opened their new location in Shinjuku. As someone with coeliac disease, I was genuinely excited to visit after hearing they offered gluten free options. It turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in Tokyo.The restaurant can be a little tricky to find at first, but don't let that put you off. Just use Google Maps or check their Instagram page for directions and you'll have no problem finding it. Once inside, you're greeted with a modern, stylish atmosphere that has a really cool vibe. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed and know you're in for a great meal.One of the things that impressed me most was the dedicated gluten free menu. Instead of simply removing ingredients, they thoughtfully swap the ramen noodles for rice noodles, meaning you can still enjoy an authentic ramen experience without feeling like you're missing out.The ramen was nothing short of exceptional. The broth was incredibly rich, deep in flavour and perfectly balanced, with every spoonful packed full of umami. The rice noodles had a fantastic texture and worked beautifully with the broth, soaking up all those incredible flavours. Every ingredient was cooked to perfection, creating one of the best bowls of ramen I've ever had. Honestly, if someone hadn't told me it was gluten free, I never would have guessed.To top it all off, I tried one of their premium sakes, which paired beautifully with the meal. Smooth, refined and full of character, it elevated an already outstanding dining experience.What truly made our visit special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly. They made both myself and my son feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, and their knowledge of the gluten free menu gave me complete confidence to relax and enjoy the meal. Their hospitality was second to none.Thank you to everyone at Engine for making our visit such a memorable one. Travelling with coeliac disease can sometimes be stressful, but you've created a place where people can simply enjoy incredible food without worry.I wish you every success with your fantastic new Shinjuku location.
