Very convenient luggage storage service. The Bounce booking platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Simply left luggage with the staff at the BIG ECHO reception desk on the first floor. The staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly experienced with the process. Both the drop-off and pick-up procedures were smooth and efficient, taking only a few minutes to complete.
리무진버스 내리는곳에서도 가까워 짐 맡기고 편하게 잘 여행했어요
Good! Easy to find.. was concerned that bags were initially left by front desk when we left but they were taken to another room. Easy check in and out via QR. Friendly staff at Big Echo!
