⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Rental Car Experience – Highly Recommended!We traveled from the United States to Japan and rented a car from Haneda Airport. From the moment we picked up the vehicle until we returned it, the entire experience was outstanding.The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and responsive. One thing we especially appreciated was that they communicated with us through WhatsApp, which made everything so much easier. Whenever we had a question, they responded quickly and made us feel well taken care of throughout our trip.The rental car was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. We drove across Japan for our vacation and had absolutely no problems with the vehicle. The pickup and return processes were both fast, smooth, and hassle-free.We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. It made our trip much more enjoyable and stress-free.We highly recommend this rental company to anyone visiting Japan, especially travelers arriving at Haneda Airport. Une excellente expérience avec JDM Cars Asakusa ! La location est simple, rapide et au meilleur prix du marché. Le personnel est très arrangeant et, même si on ne parle pas la même langue, la communication avec un traducteur se fait sans aucun problème. De plus, ils répondent très vite aux messages en cas de question ou de problème. Je vous recommande cette agence à 100 % !
It was a great experience with IX rental, they were very accommodating for our needs and flexible! I would highly recommend their service! The car we rented for two weeks was at a reasonable price (less than AUD$400((I checked the rentals at the airport and they were around ~$2k))). We had issues with our flight being delayed when we arrived, we immediately contacted them and they responded swiftly. The people are quick to find solutions to issues. The car itself was in proper working condition (ofc) and fit three persons with a large suitcase and two smaller ones including three backpacks (it definitely can fit two large ones if you put the chair down). I only fuelled up around ~$45AUD and majority of our drive was up the mountains. They also helped me set up Bluetooth beforehand. I am grateful for the seamless experience they've provided.

It was the cheapest rent in Tokyo. Manager was chinese and communication was little difficult. Car checking was very quickly done before rent and return. The office was under construct at early June. The car has navigation but the connecting with phone impossible. There is no charging port and USB connector.
