This is the second time I have stayed here and both times have been a fantastic experience.The building, Dash Living Nihombashi East, is simple but modern in design, cleanly kept, and secure. Self-check-in is easy. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it is the perfect size for me. It is a modern, clean space that feels newly built/renovated. The apt comes furnished with all the amenities I need: bed, desk, wifi, washer/dryer, fridge, stove, and projector (that works like a TV).The Dash team is easy to contact, responsive and helpful, and has always been available when I had a question or needed help.The location is easy to find and very convinient. It is steps away from the entrance to the JR train and Shinjuku subway and Tokyo Station is a quick 5 minutes train ride away. There is a 7-11 right across the street and a cute market a block and a half away that is open to 11 pm. The neighborhood is quiet and not as densely populated as more touristy areas of Tokyo, so you can walk around without having to push your way through crowds and you feel like you get some breathing space.
Latest Update: Even after putting notes around the apartment and verbally informed the cleaning lady not to store our things away, she continued to do the same. We had to take out back all our things and rearrange our entire kitchen, hall, items in the room. It is extremely frustrating.**Great location(next to JR exit 3), assesible to groceries like Fresco & Maruman (7-11 opposite), but the downside are the bed is too soft and the pillow is too thin. Getting sore back and neck as the bed sinks from its softness.
Stayed here for 8 weeks - great stay! Made much easier by dealing in English - found many places were Japanese speaking only. AC was great and in a great location. Easy to get anywhere! Only downside is that there is no full length mirror but overall good.
Really enjoyed a month long stay at Dash Living. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and large (by Tokyo standards) place. Centrally located with several train lines basically downstairs.Would highly recommend for anyone staying 1+ month in Tokyo.
离开日本前需要短期过渡的房子 找到了Dash living东京，入住体验真的很棒！公寓就在地铁站入口旁边很方便，房间里备品齐全（甚至还有投影仪！）完全可以拎包入住，有中国工作人员回复很快~

I had a great stay at Dash Living Nihonbashi East. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with everything I needed already provided, which made the move-in process very smooth. The customer service was excellent—always fast to respond, kind, and very helpful whenever I had questions.The location is perfect, with easy access to multiple metro lines, making it very convenient to get around Tokyo. There are also plenty of convenience stores, cafés, and grocery options nearby. Overall, it’s an ideal choice for a first apartment in Tokyo, and I would definitely recommend it.
