We had a great experience having our family photos taken by Andy. The weather that day was gloomy and we were recovering from food poisoning. Despite the conditions, he was able to capture sweet moments and we absolutely loooved how our photos turned out. Most of all, he was genuinely a kind and loving person and we enjoyed our time with him. I highly recommend him as a photography and plan to have him take our family photos again whenever we are in Tokyo
Andy was nothing but highly professional, and incredibly kind from the beginning to the very end of our photoshoot. He chose the perfect spots in Tokyo to take my photos which exceeded my expectations. What an honour it has been to work with this exceptional photographer who also happens to be one of the most intelligent and finest human beings I have ever met. We had the pleasure of working with Andy again on a 2nd project, and were not disappointed! In preparation for a new hotel that we are opening in Takayama, we had Andy take care of all of our promotional images in addition to our social media photos. Much like our first project in Kyoto, Andy was professional, prompt, had amazing communication (before, during, and after the project), and produced amazing content that represents our brand perfectly.It is always a pleasure to work with Andy, and we look forward to many more collaborations in the future! We had an amazing time being photographed by Andy. Even though it was our first time to be photographed professionally, he made us feel so relaxed and we had fun throughout the shoot. He took into account our preference for location, but other than that he was able to direct and guide us into position, resulting in creative and unique photos. We will have the hardest time figuring out which one we should blow up and frame because they are all so beautiful. Would highly recommend him!
We could not have found a better photographer in Tokyo! Andrew is prompt and does his homework before your shoot. He did the most amazing job with our 3 teen boys. It is no easy task to photograph our family and he did an amazing job keeping everyone motivated and on task. He has a great sense of humor and everyone thought the 2 hours went by fast. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, Andy for giving us incredible memories.
We could not have asked for a better photographer/companion on our wedding day! My husband and I traveled to Tokyo for a privet ceremony with just the two of us and feel so lucky to have connected with a photographer who is not only crazy talented, but also kind, extremely knowledgeable of Tokyo and just an all around great guy to spend a day with. If you feel a little awkward about having your pictures taken (like we most certainly did) Andy will make you feel comfortable and confident which definitely shows in the images he captures. His work speaks for itself, his aesthetic is elegant and bold with a truly timeless style. I can’t tell you how many complements we have received on our pictures and comments on how beautifully unique they turned out! Andy we thank you for your time and that wonderfully creative brain.
No matter how unusual or "out-there" your vision may seem, Andy takes every moment as a creative opportunity. After discussing with Andy that we were getting our wedding rings tattooed, he agreed to photograph us and recommended doing a documentary-style shoot. My husband and I had recently eloped in Tokyo, and hadn't had too many professional photos taken before. This was our chance to get some photos for family of both of us together, but also to save some memories from this special moment.Andy was flexible, friendly, personable, but also had an incredibly good eye for quiet spots or certain angles that I never would have been able to imagine, let alone suggest. Andy has extensive experience abroad and such wonderful stories to tell, yet he also maintains this down-to-earth nature. You can tell that he not only cares genuinely about his craft, but also about the people he is taking photos of. A quick look through Andy's portfolio and you know he's going to deliver something original, something stunning. The results were fantastic for our photos as well. Even though we knew Andy's work was outstanding before going into the shoot, my husband and I were still stunned by how beautiful and unique the photos Andy gave us were. These photos are memories that we will treasure for the rest of our lives.

The selfish side of me does not want to leave this review. I want to be able to book him whenever my family visits Japan because HE IS FANTASTIC!!We absolutely enjoyed the photography session and then even more receiving the photos afterwards. These are some of my favorite photos of my entire life and of my family. Not only was the session great and the photos beautifully done, Andy is just an all around wonderful person that you just enjoy hanging out with.I highly highly recommend if you are considering booking him.
