Banyan tree spa wasOne of the best experiences ive had in Japan. I have done many spas/ massages /hot bath in many different countries and this was the best experiences ive ever had. Money well spent. I booked a couples massage with my spouse one hour with a one hour private onsen. (Which booking a private onsen was very difficult to find while planning my trip). The facilities were pristine beautiful comfortable and the staff were amazing. Rika and Mai were friendly and very professional.

バンヤンツリー東山の地下1Fへ下りるとエレベーターが開いた瞬間から癒しの香りに包まれました🌺オシャレな間接照明に照らされた通路を奥へ進むと可愛らしいスパエリアがありました。最初に笑顔が素敵なHiroeさんから丁寧なカウンセリングを受けました。ウェルカムドリンクを飲みながらどういうマッサージを受けたいか、念入りに施術して欲しい部位と禁忌部位の確認。アレルギーの有無や香りやオイルについて綿密に話し合いました。ニコニコしながらお話を聞いてくれたおかげで緊張感が解れました😊そして、RikaさんのThai essenceを受けることになりました。指圧では、圧をかけるタイミングや強さ、リズムが絶妙でした。押す位置に対して迷いが無く安心出来ました。施術中、不安や痛さを感じることがなかったので気がついたら脱力をしていました。ストレッチも気持ちが良く、気がついたら3回も眠ってしまいました。定期的にヒアリングをしてくださる心遣いが嬉しかったです。リラクゼーションだけでなく気持ちもリフレッシュ出来ました。施術室は、とても綺麗で広かったです。香りだけでなく、明暗、室温、湿度、BGMの大きさまで自分に合った環境に設定してもらえる贅沢なつくりでした。更衣室やシャワー室も綺麗でした。ギャラリーも可愛くワクワクしました。テスターがたくさん置いてあるので肌に合う素敵なアイテムとの出会いがあるかもです😊知り合いにオススメ出来るラグジュアリーなスパです。自分も何かのご褒美にもう１度受けたいです😊
A peaceful luxurious gem for pampering near the busy Kiyomizu area. The Onsen Indulgence package comes with a personal onsen bath followed by a full body massage. I went with the deep tissue and strong pressure. My therapist, Mika, went all in on my knots and she was amazing. After the session, I enjoyed some tea and dessert.The morning after my visit, I remembered I actually wanted an item from their shopping gallery. Upon reaching out, they were able to ship it to my next hotel within about a day after payment.Excellent service all around, and highly recommended.Tips: Definitely arrive a little early to gather yourself to get the most out of your experience, especially if you’ve been running around exploring a lot.&Stay hydrated with the water they provide!

My experience at the Banyan Tree Spa was so exceptional!! I am here with my husband on our honeymoon and the massage and onsen were fabulous!! The staff is amazing and extremely sweet. I had Midori as my masseuse and oh my god she was amazing!! We are a week out on our honeymoon needed a refresher and she did it!! I cant have enough positive words for her and how well she did!!! Thanks Midori 😄😄😄😄🥰
