If you lived at the third floor, it would be super hot. Even the refrigerator was overheating, therefore couldn’t be used. There’s no elevator, so you have to carry your own luggage through the none safety practice stairs.
Floors are thin so you can hear foorsteps outside when people are going up and down the stairs. Also there were upstairs tenants that loved to walk around loudly and move furniture at 2-3am, waking me up a few times.
Floors and roofs are thin so if you have noisy upstairs neighbours that like to move around at 2am, you'll hear everything and won't be able to sleep until they stop.

To be honest, I didn't experience any issues with noisy or troublesome neighbors during my stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, despite being close to several busy and lively streets.The location is excellent, with multiple train stations within walking distance, making it easy to get around Tokyo. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so you'll have no trouble finding anything you need.
