5階建てのスペースがあり、大人数での滞在に最適です。
Das Haus ist sehr modern und bietet mit seinen 5 Etagen ausreichend Platz auch für große Gruppen. Mit dem kleinen Aufzug kann jede Etage angefahren werden oder man nutzt die Treppen. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die U-Bahn ist in direkter Nähe. Das nächste Mal bleiben wir länger. Vielen Dank.
Wir hatten zwei tolle Tage hier. Die Unterkunft hat fünf Stockwerke und dadurch wirklich viel Platz. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und gepflegt.
非常好的住宿體驗，新穎且乾淨整潔的房間，充足的床舖可以容納整個家族出遊。室內的電梯很方便，不用擔心ㄧ直上下樓梯。步行三分鐘就有地鐵站，五分鐘就有便利商店和超市，是個既方便又有極佳住宿品質的選擇！
I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean and tidy, just like the photos on the Airbnb website.Additionally, we needed to request some arrangements during our stay, and the response was quick. They resolved the issue promptly, which we really appreciated. They definitely deserve a five-star rating!
Just arrived at this lovely accommodation and i must say it’s really impressive! Loved the modern design! Not to mention, the owner is very responsive and helpful as well!
This is a very good place that can easily fit 10 adults with an amazing location. Roughly 1-2 mins walk from the station. The only thing I would do to improve is to make the beds on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd to bunkbeds. That way, guests would have a lot more places to store luggages and walk around. Another recommendation is to have a scale in order to measure the luggages before going to the airport. I really like the design of the house, very modern. It would be nice if there is another bathroom, however, I understand that can’t be fixed now.Would come back!

這間住宿真的太棒了！空間在東京市區極為罕見地寬敞，乾淨整潔且設備一應俱全，我們8人入住也完全不覺得擁擠。廚房用品與洗脫烘衣設備非常齊全，住起來就像在家一樣舒適自在，另外有電梯很方便。交通位置更是無可挑剔，走路幾分鐘就到牛込柳町站，去新宿等鬧區非常快速。雖然身處便利的市中心，周邊環境卻非常安靜、安全，步行範圍內就有便利商店與超市，生活機能極佳。無論是家族旅遊還是朋友聚會都強烈推薦，下次來東京絕對會想再次入住！
