Very nice stay for Tokyo Shin Okubo (Korean Quarter). Metro station is close, all necessary shops nearby, quiet street even though the main street is bustling. Lots of food options. Bed a bit small for 2 but manageable. No dining table. Good amenities, clean and free storage.We did not meet the host but she always responded inmediately and was very helpful. Make sure to always have internet or have Screenshots of the instructions or even printed because there is no staff on site. Self check in. Recomendable!
This is a wonderful Japanese-style apartment.Many nearby hotels are high-end, but a lot of them don’t have bathtubs this place does, which was a big plus.The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the entire room feels very clean. A washing machine and laundry detergent are also provided.The location is excellent.I sometimes have trouble falling asleep, but since the house is on a quiet street just one block away from the main road, it was very peaceful at night. We couldn’t hear any train noise or street noise.The bedroom also provides two pillows per person with different firmness levels.I slept very well every night.🌙We were able to enjoy our trip while experiencing Japanese youth culture.Next time, I would love to stay here for more than one weeks💭
Amazing apartments for rent. Amazing toilet and bathroom. What feels like brand new everything. Washing machine included. All kitchen utensils you may need are provided. Bed comes with 2 different pillow types for each person. Clear communication from the host. Located close to the metro station. The condo is down a quiet road in K-Town. Convenience stores nearby and lots of restaurants.
This is a great apartment hotel for Tokyo. Way more spacious than average rooms (we got the family apartment with balcony), it has all the expected amenities (e.g. Washing machine, utensils in the kitchen) plus some nice extras like a larger patio to eat (separate from the balcony), a fully equipped kitchen, a medium size refrigerator. The building is modern (freshly renovated), with a security door to enter, and elevator for higher floors. Even though this is close to the JR Station and busy streets, the apartment was very quiet. After a fee trips to Japan, this apartment is our current new favorite for longer stays.

Albergo praticamente nuovo.Ospite molto gentile in generale.Posizione ottima, in una stradina laterale silenziosa ma in un quartiere molto dinamico (Koreatown) e a due passi dalla Yamanote. Shinjuku si raggiunge persino a piedi.Stanza pulita, piccola, silenziosa, con letto comodo e doccia grande. Possibile fare la lavatrice e la cabina doccia ha una funzione per asciugare gli abiti stesi.Unica pecca della stanza - servirebbero più ganci per appendere giacche e asciugamani.
Stayed here for our week in Tokyo. Excellent for a group of 3-4 travelers. It is a very spacious property with all the amenities you need for a long stay. There is a nice little balcony too. In a great location as well with easy access to the metro, shops, and restaurants.
Fantastic. We are a family of four and stayed in a comfortable apartment of one bedroom in the 4th floor with elevator, in the first days of february 2025. Plenty of space, considering the local standard. It wasn't cheap, but in my opinion deserved every euro. The building is brand new and everything worked fine, including the WiFi, necessary to translate the instructions of the washing machine and other stuff. The apartment has a terrace and there are nice views. Excelent location in a quiet street close to Shin Okubo JR station and also to a metro line. Also walking distance to Shinjuku station.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse si visitas tokio, Japón. viaje por 3 semanas y opté por quedarme tanto al principio como en la última etapa del viaje en Real Okubo y superó mis expectativas de manera increíble, desde la atencion de su encargada (zoe/soei) perdón si me equivoco en el nombre, ella hace que no solo te sientas un huésped viajero sino que sea tu hogar mientras estas lejos del tuyo. super calida y atenta, responde muy rápido toda duda o consulta y ofrece servicio de guardado de maletas con mucha seguridad en bauleras individuales y con candado.los apartamentos son justo lo necesario para hospedarse y recorrer tokio y otras partes de Japón, los amenities son de primera, el lugar es nuevo, ultra limpio y cómodo, lo que hace calidad y precio un excelente combo. Esta ubicado en el barrio coreano de tokio, muy vibrante y colorido, lleno de movimiento y diversión, pero al estar en una calle lateral no tienes ningún ruido por la noche. cerca de una estación de la línea jr yamanote, a 1 parada de shinjuku y conexiones infinitas para cualquier lado que quieras ir. la verdad una joya en tokio, vale cada centavo, cada minuto de estadía en real okubo apartment es un placer. Cuando vuelva a Japón no dudaré en hospedarme nuevamente aquí.
