The rooms are nice and spacious and the location is pleasant, self check-in procedure was absolutely efficient and easy if the customer reads provided instructions carefully, which we did. The host provides room number and key information at 4 PM, which is the check-in time - all was clear.I don't understand the negative reviews about check-in at all, these reviews mean only one thing - customers are not reading the instructions prior to arriving. Just don't arrive before 4 PM and you'll be totally fine :)Overall great value for the amount paid!
4박 5일 머물러도 수건 큰 거 두장만 주시네요. 수건 안준다는 리뷰가 있어서 챙겨가긴 했지만, 출발 전에도 문의 드려도 답장은 안해줌. 비대면 체크인이라 문자로 정보 준다는데 전후가 아니라 딱 그시간에 안내옴. 추워서 히터 틀면 건조하니 수건 물에 적셔서 널어놨음. 근데 에어비앤비 한 이유가 숙소에서 소고기 궈먹고 편하게 조리하기 위함이라 감수할만함. 그리고 무엇보다 침대가 진짜 푹신해서 좋음. 덕분에 늦게자고 일찍 일어나도 푹 잠. 동양인에게 좋은 사이즈지만 서양인에게는 많이 좁다고 느낄 것. 숙소 위치도 좋음. 근처에 일본로컬 마트는 없어서 좀 걸어야하지만, 숙소 근방에 웬만한건 다 있음.
The self-assisted check-in system was far from effective. We ended up short of one room, even though we booked two. I had to email them standing in the cold December evening waiting for responses online.Terrible experiences!

周辺のオススメ
Overall experience was good. Check-in process and communication could have been a little more efficient, the only way to communicate is via e-mails, so we have to wait for replies. We stayed for 3 nights in June 2026. In one of nights, there was constant noise similar to dripping water throughout the night. The hotel staff did investigate the next day but did not find anything. The apartment size seemed smaller in actual compared to photos, but that is probably because it is situated at a good location, less than 5 minutes walk from Okubo station. Location was convenient. Overall, a decent experience for Tokyo.
