Great location, hidden in a quiet neighborhood close to station. Spacey room compare to regular tokyo hotel.Economical choice if you don’t need room services, with washing/drying machine, microwave etc.Speaking from a repeat customer.

정말 합리적인 가격과 위치. 나름 신오쿠보역을 통해 이곳 저곳 다니기 편하다. 객실 내부도 도쿄에서 이정도로 넓으면 진짜 상위 10%안에 들 수 있을 것 같다. 단점은 엘레베이터가 없기에 2층까지 캐리어를 끌고 갔다. 그래도 매일 제공되는 수건이나 기본 시설이 너무 좋음(환풍 시설 등 만족)
新大久保駅から徒歩５分で中々快適空間だと思います。テイクアウト出来るお店が多く充実していると思います。

Very inexpensive for central Shinjuku. In a small quiet road off the noisy area. Small road means taxis may not get you to doorstep. Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms and toilets! Excellent drying area and great shower. Beds comfortable, pillows good. Aircon and heating! Windows that open. But living space for sitting and luggage limited. Small microwave for heating. One bathroom shares the kitchen sink for washing hands and brushing teeth. No lift so we had to hoist 3 heavy bags up 3 floors.
