Clean, new and spacious room at a decent price.- Room : The room is clean, new, spacious as I mentioned above. I loved the fact that the doors use keypads instead of physical keys. They also have elevators which some hotels lack. The only downside might be the fact that I could hear my neighbours go in and out though they were otherwise relatively quiet.- Location : Would've liked it more if it was closer to the station but that's probably because I'm lazy af- Services : I also noticed that they provide a variety of amenity including razors and chopsticks for free, additional items e.g. bath gowns at 100 yen, airport limo service and best of all, luggage storage + checkout extensions.- Staff : Very kind and quite responsive when messaged on WhatsApp. I really appreciated the fact that they were kind enough to offer me airport transport service with a smile when I slept in by 15 mins past checkout time.
客室は清潔で、水回りも新しめテレビはYouTubeなどのアプリにも対応備品はバスタオル、ハンドソープ、ボディソープ、トリートメント、ドライヤー、歯ブラシ、くしパジャマと追加のタオルは有料スタッフは日本語を話せる海外の方客層も海外の方が体幹９割。
Affordably prices, very clean, and toiletries as well as slippers were provided.Walking distance to a lot of food options, Lawson, 7-11, and Family Mart.
Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und hat geräumige Zimmer.Jedoch ist die Klima nicht einzustellen und die Bettdecken sind so klein das man sich nicht zudecken kann, sobald man größer als 170 ist.Das Licht im Flur brennt die ganze Nacht wodurch die Zimmer konstant beleuchtet sind.Die Dusche ist gut und hat ordentlich Druck.Rezeption ist selten besetzt und Roomservice / Handtücher kosten extra.Leider keinen guten Schlaf bekommen...
Pretty basic but no complaints. Quiet location and clean. Plenty of restuarant options in the area and a subway station connected to the main airport (narita) Airport is just 6 minutes walk. If being picky I would have liked 2 pillows and proper coffee cups rather than cardboard.
Excellent service and great accommodation. We stayed in early February, the hotel itself was a short walk from Akihabara station. Staff was friendly and accommodating, though the language barrier can sometimes be difficult. Has its own laundry and dryer- rooms are a little on the small side but has all the essentials. Bathroom is great and clean. Lots of interesting shops, coffeehouses and restaurants near it. Super worth the stay, highly recommend it.

Near and super helpful service. I broke my luggage and had a new one delivered via amazon which was handled so well by the service staff. Also in walking distance to the main figurine shops.
