Excellent base for families/groups of 4 - highly recommended!This was an excellent place to stay for our itinerary. Perfect setup for four individuals or a couple with two children. There are two comfortable beds in each room with a sliding door you can close for privacy.The Room & Amenities:The bathroom drying room is a huge plus—it completely dried our clothes (including thick jumpers) overnight. We also really appreciated the codes for complimentary drinks (like water) from the vending machine downstairs. The kitchenette is great for a simple breakfast (we did eggs and toast), but just a heads up: bring your own salt and pepper as none is provided, and no toaster but we made toast in the frying pan.Location & Noise:There is a fire station a few doors up, so you will hear sirens, but we got used to it quickly. Just make sure you are fairly quiet inside as the neighbors can be sensitive to noise.Logistics are easy:3-minute walk to Family Mart, and 7-Eleven is just around the corner. The train station is about a 10-minute walk.Travel Times to Attractions (includes the ~10 min walk to station):The location is very central. Here is the total door-to-door time we experienced for main spots:Akihabara: ~15 mins total (one stop on the train).Senso-ji Temple (Asakusa): ~15 mins total.Ginza: ~25 mins total.Shibuya / Shibuya Sky: ~35-40 mins total.TeamLab Planets: ~55 mins total.Personal opinion: A solid, convenient choice for exploring Tokyo. I did not get anything for the review, hopefully it helps another family find some accommodation as my wife looked for a long time for something that could fit a family of three that included a young adult.
Comfortable, clean, and compact, but spacious enough for a family of four. Great facilities, with air conditioning, small kitchenette, dining area with table and chairs, bath, shower, and washing machine. Also offers a small waiting lounge in the lobby area and cables with locks to secure and store luggage. Convenient to local konbinis and metro stations. It is located near a small fire station so you do hear an occasional siren, and general traffic noise, but that's to be expected in a busy city; it didn't bother us at all.
一切都很棒很方便，洗衣，充電，每人一張舒適的床 餐桌 廚房 乾淨的餐具跟房間 下次還要再住這。
À proximité de tout et très proche du centre de Tokyo, l’hôtel est super bien placé à deux pas du quartier Akihabara où vous trouverez littéralement tout ce que vous voulez ! Tout est neuf à l’intérieur, c’est bien agencé, spacieux, c’est propre bref rien à redire. Les propriétaires nous ont mis à disposition un adaptateur pour les prises étant donné que nous venons de France nous n’avons pas les mêmes chargeurs, c’est très gentil de leur part d’y avoir pensé même si nous avions prévu ce qu’il faut. Il y a à disposition du shampoing, gel douche et savon pour se laver, un produit pour laver son linge, tout est au top ! Je recommande vivement surtout que les prix sont corrects
