Wir waren 4 Tage hier und die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist vor allem groß und sehr ruhig.Auch der Host antwortet schnell, ich kann die negative Bewerbung also nicht verstehen.
Great experience overall. Everything was very clean, check-in was smooth, and the location is excellent, with a local shop conveniently right opposite the building.
入住體驗很棒，房間與照片相符。位於住宅區，1F對面就是Lawson，附近有7-11 與超市，離周邊地鐵站約莫10分鐘左右，推薦到東京旅遊2-3人可考慮住宿☺️
房間機能完善，可開火附廚具（有抽油煙機）、微波爐、冷凍冷藏分離冰箱、暖氣、換氣孔、陽台、洗衣機、洗衣粉浴室有暖風與風乾（晾乾衣服）與廁所分離。裝潢很新，入住與退房只需要用手機不用與工作人員接觸，設備有問題隔天馬上安裝新的，對面就是lawson很方便走路到御徒町車站、阿美橫町10分鐘下次還會選擇。垃圾記得分類不要造成房務人員困擾喔。
We stayed for a week in end-October and early November. The apartment was on the third floor in a 12 storey building. The apartment was very clean and looked modern and new. It had a big sized fridge, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine and cooking facilities if one wanted to cook. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The location too was good with quite some stations within 10 minutes of walking distance.My stay was comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent studio apartment in Tokyo! Clean, comfortable, and in a great location—easy to reach anywhere in the city while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance, with convenience stores right on the doorstep. The studio is well furnished for a couple, with a kitchen, a nice bathroom, and a cozy atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the team was very responsive. Great value for money—I would definitely stay here again.
