Đây là khu căn hộ khoảng 8-9 tầng với khoảng 2 phòng 1 tầng. Căn hộ tiện nghi (có bếp, 2 phòng ngủ, phòng vệ sinh và phòng tắm), trang thiết bị đều rất mới. Tôi rất thích căn hộ này, không gian khá thoải mái để những chiếc vali lớn so với phòng khách sạn tại Tokyo. Check in và check out đều thực hiện tự động. Nếu có gì khó khăn, bạn chủ cũng hỗ trợ và phản hồi rất nhanh.
This accommodation is located in a relatively quiet residential area, about a 9‑minute walk from Kuramae Station. While not too far, it isn’t particularly close or easy to find when carrying luggage. The building entrance and elevator access are well maintained, and entry to the unit is managed through a secure lockbox with a code, allowing guests to come and go freely once they have the password.The room itself is spacious enough for 3–4 adults, featuring a separate toilet and shower, a washing machine, and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. Everything was kept very clean.Although the location is slightly farther from the station, the price is very affordable. Within a 5‑minute walk, there are plenty of good restaurants, convenience stores, and even a 24‑hour drugstore. Overall, this property easily deserves a rating above 4 stars.
An enjoyable stay here. The whole room is well equipped, thoroughly cleaned, and has spacious space for hanging clothes and storing living items. It is easy to do self check-in. It is only 10 minutes of walking distance away from the nearest metro station, and is less than 10 minutes of walking distance away from Lawson, Family Mart and 7-11. The area and street surrounding the stay is quiet and chill, away from the crowded and noisy sites.The layout of the room is long but narrow, making the aisle connecting from the entrance to the rooms narrow to pass by. The bidet is fully written in Japanese, and seems not to be able to function properly.

這篇我幫您整理成較有條理、適合發布在 Google 評論的五星好評版本：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 極力推薦！這次入住的體驗真的非常棒！這次我們四個人一起入住，從進門開始就感受到民宿主人的用心。整體環境非常乾淨舒適，房間打掃得一塵不染，各項備品也幾乎都是全新的，讓人住得非常安心。住宿空間規劃相當完善，兩間房間都有獨立冷氣，而且運轉時非常安靜，完全不會影響睡眠品質。最讓我們驚喜的是有兩間廁所，其中一間還配有浴缸，可以舒服地泡澡放鬆一天的疲勞。廚房設備也十分齊全，冰箱、微波爐、熱水壺、鍋具、餐具與碗筷應有盡有，對於家庭旅遊或多人入住來說非常方便。除了洗衣機之外，還貼心準備了洗衣精和大量衣架，如果洗完衣服想晾乾，只要掛在浴室裡並開啟除濕乾燥功能，很快就能乾，非常實用。生活用品方面也準備得相當周到，牙刷、漱口杯等備品齊全，幾乎不用額外準備。房間的 Wi-Fi 訊號穩定且速度快，入住期間幾乎沒有遇到斷線的問題。地理位置也很方便，從藏前站步行即可到達。如果攜帶大型行李，推薦從 A3b 出口搭乘電梯前往；若沒有大型行李，則可從 A1 出口步行，路程會更近一些。沿途會經過藏前國小以及許多特色小店，整個街區充滿生活感與文青氛圍，附近還有全家和 7-Eleven，採買十分方便。另外，一樓入口處還準備了許多愛心傘，遇到下雨天時可以直接取用，這樣的小細節讓人感受到滿滿的貼心。房東的溝通也非常順暢，不論中文、英文或日文都沒有問題，而且訊息回覆速度很快，讓人入住前後都十分安心。整體來說，無論是環境、設備、交通便利性還是服務品質，都讓我們留下非常好的印象。非常適合家庭旅行、朋友出遊或多人入住，下次再來東京一定會再次選擇這裡！強烈推薦給大家！備註：除了前面兩張照片之外的照片為住了九天後退房時拍的照片，所以有比較凌亂些，但入住的時候是非常的整齊的唷，大大的推薦！
