I was confused at the begining because this place is also an indian restaurant, until I saw the luggage storage sign outside. The staff was very friendly, we went without a booking and they took our luggage anyways. 😃

Left our 2 large suitcases there for 5 days while traveling out of Tokyo. Nice staff, efficient handling.
Very good experience as the process is very fast when we book it online. Just inform counter staff that you want to deposit your luggage and show them the qr code and they will guide you where to store your luggage
