The host is incredibly sweet and thoughtful! On the day of our check-in, there was a storm. The host messaged us the night before offering an early check-in. Knowing we were traveling with a child, they went completely above and beyond to offer extra assistance with our transportation to ensure we arrived safely. We were so touched by their kindness.Since we were driving, we were a bit worried about parking and luggage, but the host coordinated the timing with us and was right there waiting to help carry our bags upstairs. Luckily, we stayed on the 2nd floor, so it wasn't a hassle at all.Overall, the place is fantastic—sparkling clean, brand new, and in a very convenient location. Finding a place this good at this price point in this area is rare!Note for future guests: The building is 5 stories high and does not have an elevator. It might not be suitable for everyone, but if you don't mind a bit of stairs, this place is an absolute gem.

Even this is a small hotel with small room, but everythings in here are very clean and full functional. The location is convinens for public transportation.

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 5 adults and an infant. The place was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, and the location was very convenient. The host was very accommodating, and went above and beyond to help my family with our travel arrangements. Thank you for a wonderful stay. You are definitely a super host!

We stayed at Star House Ueno Akihabara as two adults with our 4-year-old child, and the experience was really comfortable. The room felt brand new — modern, clean, and well-equipped. They also provided cleaning during our stay, and we were pleasantly surprised to find our kid’s doll neatly arranged on the bed afterward. It was such a cute and thoughtful touch that made us feel really cared for.The location is great, with easy access to both Ueno and Akihabara. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant stay for our family, and we would happily stay here again. We really hope you will keep this quality until our next visit.

We stayed for 10 nights, the room is spacious for our family of three. It is clean, bright and new. The location is easy to find, close proximity to subway stations and convenient stores and restaurants. It is quiet, it has all the amenties you need. The owner communicates very well and respond quickly to my requests, they are very good hosts and made sure my stay is comfortable. We are very happy with the service and the value we get. It made our stay very enjoyable 👍
