Had a few ramens in Niseko and this has been one of the best! We had the spicy tonkotsu, it wasn’t too heavy for a tonkotsu but tonnes of flavour. Noodles were thin but not over cooked. Gyozas were also great. They were really nice and seemed like a great bunch of guys working there.
Ramen is very good and staff are friendly. It's a bit hard to find the store. It looks like a container placed next to a number of street food stalls.
Very pleasant surprise!We tried the Akamaru special (spicy) and the Sapporo Miso Ramen and both had a rich flavorful broth and the noodles were on point. The gyozas were among the best we tried in Niseko!
Amazing ramen & service
Personally ranked this ramen in top 3 best ramen restaurants that we’ve been to in Japan. The flavor is satisfying and the broth thickness is perfect! The ramen includes the toppings on the side so if you don’t like something, you don’t have to put it in your ramen. The bite-sized gyoza were perfectly crispy and delicious, too! The best part is that there’s indoor seating for 12 people! Great for lunch or dinner in Niseko. The workers were very kind, too!

凄く美味しかったです！ニセコでは安い方だと感じました！トッピングセットはラーメンと一緒に絶対頼んだ方が良いです！！今まで食べた一風堂さんで1番美味しかったです！

This Ramen restaurant is an Ippudo, very popular among Japan and always good. This one was especially good because of the awesome staff and service. I would definitely come back.
